Re: Hatchet, Tomahawk or Machete?
TLDR: Get a hatchet and a machete. I am going to preface this by stating I have a Bias about how tools developed and a mixture of my own experience. One being in the woods as a kid, a lot. The other my parents loved going to the old fashion black powder shoots in costume. I did learn a lot from thos...

Re: Weapon Mounted Lights (WML)
So what is everyone's choice for rifles/shotguns? Did you settle on something in particular for your rifle/shotgun? I have not, most of the mounts or lights seem a combination of janky ill fitted, lack of quality or will take 3-4 house payments to purchase. Of the WML I have, most of the pistol lig...

Re: Home Invasion
I was listening to a podcast a few months back and this subject came up. One of the people was stating that his EDC stays on all day, the other ones were considering staging firearms in different places with in the home. I am thinking of a bit of both. I have never had an issue with them and to put mildly I abuse bags, backpacks, Satchels ect. After 10ish or so years I...

Re: Knife Maintenance
Knife maintenance. I have seem a lot of postings across the internet about this oil, that oil ect. I have used sewing machine oil since the mid 1990's. I try and keep my blades clean most of the time. As the most fearsome thing they have to ward against is Cardboard boxes and the tape residue. most ...

Re: Deal Alert Thread
If you want to keep an eye on ammo prices there is ammo seek and deals.guns that you can find prices on if you are willing to order online and have it shipped.
I know some states are hard to ship to so your mileage may vary.

Home Improvements

Re: Pistol/SBR/Rifle Go-bag
do you think the Ruger PC Charger take down would fit in there or would it get to heavy for the size? (also a pair or 3 glock happy sticks.)

Can you get a full all 6 sides view of it? If so you could always 3d print yourself a few to have around.
I am looking at the Sig P322 mags right now and thinking about doing the same to the 25 round mags. Everyone Needs a 50 round .22 pistol. Saves time for not having to reload.

Re: Sig P322
As a side note, I am looking at getting a Rugged Mustang for this little shooter. I am thinking that a light weight suppressor is the right answer for this gun.
