Starting back

Post by Bmyers »

After COVID shutdown our gyms, it has been over a year since I hit the gym. Well, Starting Sunday, wife and I started back. This is day two and as you can imagine, sore for not working out so long.

Excited about getting back into the gym and working on shedding my COVID pounds.

I started back in January after about a 9 month break. And yeah I was sore for awhile. Been going 2-5 times a weeks depending on whether I go up to the new house or not. I went to the gym yesterday and no longer have to wear a face mask due to the restrictions being lifted.

I waited until the mask restriction went away. I have hard enough time breathing with this fat body, I don't need a mask on.

The goal is to try 5 times a week. These first two weeks is just cardio working on getting all the muscles to play nice again.

Today went into the gym and they had removed the signs they had on every other machine for social distancing. Now it looks like a normal gym.
