Someone walks in, finds an office without the employee in it and steals laptops and purses.
The guy in the video was probably successful in past thefts like this.

Yes, in a downtown building, in my section, without security, a person walked in and took off with a laptop. I also know of a guy getting released early from federal custody stealing a probation officer's purse - and he didn't make it out of the building.
