Advanced 25 list:

Movements 1-5
  • Bow – extend stance with left foot/spear hands on hip pointing slightly downward – thrust forward – grab & spike.
  • With left foot, step forward-left 45 degrees – right foot drag follows to stable ready position – left downward, inside
    palm heel strike – right knife hand/forearm strike – knee spike.
  • With left foot, step straight forward - left arm elbow spike – chin jab – front kick.
  • With right foot, step rearward-right 45 degrees – left arm shield block – chin jab – front kick – appropriate
    conclusion.
  • With left foot, step straight forward – double horizontal ram – grab & knee spike.



Movements 6-10
  • With right foot, step rearward right – left downward hammer fist/right hand head cover – upward elbow – back fist/
    back of forearm – sidekick.
  • With right foot, step forward-right 45 degrees – left forearm strike to attacking limb – right forearm strike to upper
    torso– vertical elbow – hammer fist – horizontal elbow – back elbow – side kick.
  • With right foot, step back right 45 degrees – left circular outside block/right palm heel block – left front kick – side
    snap kick and plant foot
  • Step left 90 degrees – left palm heel block/right circular outside block – right snap kick – right side kick
  • With right foot, step rearward-left 45 degrees – double forearm strikes to intercept incoming grappling attempt.

Movements 11-15

  • With right foot, step forward-right 45 degrees - left high block – right arm executes shoulder lock.
  • With right foot, step forward-right 45 degrees – left circular outside block/right palm heel block – right horizontal
    elbow – right back elbow – right side kick.
  • With right foot, step rearward 90 degrees – right elbow rip w/lock and takedown
  • With right foot, step forward-right 45 degrees – right inside knife hand strike w/left outside and downward knife
    hand strike – right vertical elbow – right downward knife hand strike.
  • With right foot, step rearward 45 degrees – right hand pushes attacker’s left elbow in and up – left inside forearm
    strike to right side of attacker’s head – open gate and takedown.

Movements 16-20
  • With right foot, step forward-right 45 degrees – left side block with left arm down and right arm up – sweep
    attacker’s leg w/left arm – front kick w/upper body grab and takedown.
  • With right foot, step rearward-right 180 degrees – double palm heel slap – grab attacker’s outstretched limb –
    appropriate strike – rear chin hook takedown.
  • With right foot, step forward-right 45 degrees – left & right wedge block w/right knee spike– pull attacker’s limb
    down w/right hand – left knife hand strike.
  • With right foot, step rearward-right 45 degrees – double outside block – double chin jab.
  • With right foot, step forward-right 45 degrees – left knife hand strike to attacker’s outstretched limb – right knife
    hand strike to side of neck – right reverse knife hand strike

Movements 21-25
  • Trap attacker’s hand – inside forearm strike - open gate clockwise 180 degrees – front kick.
  • Rotate counter-clockwise 180 degrees – strike into attacker’s throat with spear hand.
  • Attacker has placed you in a standing headlock - inside hand reaches up to attacker’s shoulder/waist/hair/ear/eye/
    infra orbital etc and pulls while outside hand pushes back of attacker’s knee - open gate to throw attacker to
    ground
  • Attacker has placed you in a standing headlock - ridge hand strike to groin between legs - w/other hand grab
    attacker’s wrist and pull head free.
  • Attacker has placed you in a rear choke - Drop into horse stance to lower center of gravity – rear elbow/hammer
    fist – rear choke throw
A man cannot call himself peaceful if he is not capable of violence. If he's not capable of violence he isn't peaceful, he is harmless. There is a distinct difference.
