Lee Morrison
Lee Morrison
A man cannot call himself peaceful if he is not capable of violence. If he's not capable of violence he isn't peaceful, he is harmless. There is a distinct difference.
Fate whispers to the warrior "You cannot weather this storm". The warrior replies, "I am the storm".

Re: Lee Morrison
Thank you.
Watched multiple small segments multiple times through. Viewing technique? The body segmented. One time the head and orientation. Second time watch the core and orientation. third time is watching the leg movement.
Result is understanding that he does what nearly all martial arts teach:
move out of the line of attack
stabilize
deliver blow
The foregoing is achieved while balance is maintained.
The result is a movement so fluid that the action has to be watched a number of times to confirm the timing.
Now I can do what he did in the video.
