Olight Customer Service

Post by Bmyers »

I have two Javelot Pro lights. One of them stopped working. After a little trial and error, figured out the battery pack had went bad in it. I contacted customer service, gave them the serial number of the light, explained what was going on.

They are sending me out a new battery pack. They couldn't made it much easier. It is nice when you get good customer service and they back up their warranty.

That is great to hear. Not all companies really stand behind their product and when you find one that does it really makes you want to support them.

I gave an S1RII as a gift. The recipient told me it was no longer charging after only a month. I contacted Olight and they sent out a new cable and magnetic body no questions asked. Once I was able to assess for myself, it turned out his cat had unplugged the charge cab!e behind his dresser. Great customer service even if ultimately unneeded.

I failed to post the other day that I received the replacement and the light works perfectly once again.

Thumbs up. Gotta love a company that stands behind their products.

We have had another opportunity to use the customer service. Dad, the grandson, and I were working on the MF383 changing out a fuel line. In the process dad dropped his Olight Seeker and it bounced off the tractor to the barn floor. Picked it up and it was still working and we went on using it. Noticed the light coming out wasn't as focused as before, looked and the lens had been shattered yet the light still worked.

When we got home I contacted customer service, sent pictures, and they sent me RMA. Wife sent the light in and they sent us a new Olight Pro Seeker 2.

That is standing behind your warranty,

I love it when you have a company that firmly stands behind their products. That makes a repeat customer. And it's unfortunate that many companies forget that as well as the old adage, 'the customer is always right'.
