So I have finally refitted my Remington 7600
Remington 7600 in 30-06 Carbine, 18" Barrel
Standard 4 round and a Triple-K 10 round mag that feeds flawlessly
Optic is a Swampfox Arrowhead 1-10x mildot reticule, etched & red lit, with Burris Xtreme tactical rings. They come off with a knife blade and the irons are available for use.
Hornady Custom Lite 125g reduced Recoil for medium to small things, or general Greyman Socom work
Federal Premium 165 Sierra Gameking BTSP in case Hogzilla shows up
Federal 180g Game Shok soft point in case a Moose gets really really lost, and some plain old Remington 150 Core Lokt
Now to laser sight for close, then take it to the range and dial it in for 150.

Really looking forward to the 125g low recoil! And the scope is a circle dot (with mil dot), so near or far, quick throw lever.
That can put a pig down at quite a distance, and a head shot works whatever the size.
