Oil of Oregano is a natural product I've been using for 20+ years. I like the liquid from and usually take 5-10 drops under my tongue. If you've never tried it, I suggest you start with a single drop. It is potent and will make you stand up and salute. Some doctors will poo-poo Oil of Oregano as a health aid saying it has no data behind it. Of course, they've never actually looked so it's hard to see any data when you're not looking. On the alternative medicine side however it is a highly regarded preventative or remedy.
