I should mention that since the last posting on Sunday I went to the gym twice and then a case of shingles kicked in. After a couple trips to the doctor I got some meds haven't felt much like exercising with my head hurting all the time. It's pretty painful and physically draining.

I have however stuck to IF, i.e, eating once a day. Just not very hungry. I've lost a couple more pounds early in the week but have pretty much stabilized since I'm not working out.

I'm down in Florida now and have been riding my bike over to the fitness trail every day. The FT are outside machines to work out on. It's about a 1.5 mile ride over to it and I usually ride the long way (about 3 miles) back..

Also continued IF (eating once a day) most of the time but with my brother and his wife staying with us its been hard to stay on the straight and narrow. I have managed to not have any alcohol which is also hard. I don't have an issue with alcohol just trying to detox. Will probably start drinking again on our cruise at the end of the month.
