Another interesting case that was just argued in front of SCOTUS, SEC v. Jarkesy. It is interesting listening to the case. The indication is that the court is not happy with government agencies taking away the due process by pulling cases into administrative courts.

This could also set the tone for what is going to happen on the case with the review of the Chevron doctrine case.

Not happy and able to do anything about it fast enough are two different things.

I have no faith in SCOTUS anymore. Too politicized.
