Another update since the 2023 deer season is almost over.
As much as I like the Leopolds I've pretty much used the Nikons everyday while hunting. The Leopolds are nice and the carrying case is nice but won't fit over bulky hunting clothes and there is no way to just carry them around your neck like the Nikons. So just for convenience I've been using the Nikons on a neck strap without the case.
My brother who bought the Leopolds carried them every day in his day pack out of the case they came in so that's a possibility as well. Though I will look into buying/making a neck strap for the Leopolds during the off season.
