Well, here we are 2 years into the greatest Pandemic modern man has ever known. And people still seem to not know jack about the virus, how to prevent it, how to treat it, any real info about the vaccine, immunity, etc.
Or is it just people listening to Fox, CNN, etc....
If you want an earful of knowledge - listen to Dr. McCollough. I've known of this guy for a while. NOt the same as Mercola, whose good ideas are shaded heavily by his overt sales focus. This guy IS a part of the mainstream..yet has a way different opinion. And his stuff is backed by legit sources.
WARNING: What this guy says may cause EXTREME cognitive dissonance, thrust you into denial, and even make you regret having got a vaccine.

For Bob, re the pandemic.
" people still seem to not know jack about the virus, how to prevent it, how to treat it, any real info about the vaccine, immunity, etc."
The generality of what you say is true. Most people react to headlines because other priorities in the day. There is a limited amount of time.
When you were in high school Bob, parents were complaining that the school system were not teaching kids how to balance a checkbook. No one uses a checkbook today. Today, I am starting to work with a cell phone that my son programmed for me. I have to learn "apps" and sign up for something that will make him $10. Then I have to figure out how to make deposits to a new credit union account and how to get statements on the cell phone.
Let me give you the other side of the coin. My physical therapist has type 1 diabetes. The blood screener at Cedars-Sinai has type 2 diabetes. It was no problem for me to go on line and pull up a paper on type 1 diabetes and a correlation with low vitamin d in a large scale Saudi Arabian published study. They weren't taught how to do research, just like I wasn't taught how to use a cell phone or applications.
Putting aside conspiracy theories, politicians, websites selling vitamins that purport to be news sources or religious sites doubling as modern medicine websites, the information is there. The problem is wading through the muck. And, you have to have the patience. Look up Dr. John Campbell's website out of Great Britain. He is not an md. He does not sell any product, health cure or religion. He provides some information with commentary.

I have seen Campbell's stuff.
On that note - people are not taught how to even ask questions...
