It compares pretty poorly.
Looks to be about 10db louder than top real cans. Obviously much bulkier and completely blocks even the tallest sight.
You'd be better off with at least a form 1 kit and those are already a compromise.

Suppressors aren't rocket science. Heck a plastic pop bottle makes a pretty good suppressor for a couple shots. Anything that catches the expanding gasses will suppress the sound.

As for oil filters, there are places that sell threaded adapters for both oil filters and cleaning traps.
