DIY suppressor

Post by David »

A man cannot call himself peaceful if he is not capable of violence. If he's not capable of violence he isn't peaceful, he is harmless. There is a distinct difference.

Fate whispers to the warrior "You cannot weather this storm". The warrior replies, "I am the storm".

It compares pretty poorly.
Looks to be about 10db louder than top real cans. Obviously much bulkier and completely blocks even the tallest sight.
You'd be better off with at least a form 1 kit and those are already a compromise.

Suppressors aren't rocket science. Heck a plastic pop bottle makes a pretty good suppressor for a couple shots. Anything that catches the expanding gasses will suppress the sound.

As for oil filters, there are places that sell threaded adapters for both oil filters and cleaning traps.
