Survival and Emergency Preparedness

I was at my LGS yesterday helping a buddy sight in his Ruger MKIV with a Holosun 507c. Got to chatting with my buddy who owns the place and mentioned I was impressed with the SAR K12 Sport. He told me I could have it at cost so I HAD to buy it.
The K12 is basically a Turkish copy of a CZ Shadow 2 SA/TSO. Appears to be very well made for half the price of the Shadow and 1/3 the price of the TSO. I'll shoot it after work tomorrow and let you know how I like it.

Shot a few mags last night. Could be a real winner, but needs some work. I knew these things going in, but shooting confirmed them. Sights might be great for bullseye, but suck for fast transitions like steel challenge. Trigger needs to come down several pounds. A gun like this should be around 2lbs not 5.
