WYN Conversions of Captured Ships

OK, here's what the WYN seem to do to the ships they convert.
Round all fractions off to the nearest whole number.
Multiply number of Crew Units by 9/10.
Multiply number of Boarding Parties by 2/3.
Add another DAMCON box, at +2 over the highest rated box on the SSD before.
Half of all SHUTTLE boxes are converted to FIGHTER.
Add 1 mech link to each TRAC bank, and double the number of previous mech-links.
Probes are replaced with DRN-B.
Multiply each SHIELD by 5/3, shield cost does not increase.
Multiply number of WARP boxes by 4/3.
Double the number of Torpedo and Drone weapons.
If you have more than 6 drone racks, add Double Sensor Control.
You may replace one or two PH-1's with Torpedo (if it's a 1 space weapon).
Replace all PH-2 with PH-1.
Add one ADD-12.
Finally, if you allow the WYNs to have this, add Ability to Double Reactors and
Ability to Double Engines.
