A lot of pictures and a lot can be gleamed from them.

My observations:
1. A lot of danger comes from the guy next to you. No finger in the trigger guard and no round in the chamber when you are in a crowd like that. A round can be chambered quickly if needed.

2. I don't see a lot of back packs, so basics missing, food, water medical supplies.

3. Lack of communications - I don't even see a megaphone.

4. Few have eye protection; none with hearing protection

5. I don't know why the white group on the sidewalks were there. My opinion is that when people show up like that they give the protesters power. This thing could have gone very badly with one shot.

6. I think the NFAC would get support if it patrolled high crime areas in Atlanta and Chicago like the Guardian Angeles did in the past.

7. I wonder what politicians NFAC supports - Democrat that want gun restrictions?

Just another domestic terrorist group that needs to be put down. Start with the leaders and the rest will scurry away back into the dark.

As far as your observations, yes. These clowns were dressed up for the photo ops. Doesn't mean their not dangerous, but they aren't in it for the long haul.

My take aways...

The black community, not just the gang bangers are armed. If race relations continue to go south, those guns will come out and be used.

Having said that, while I saw plenty of ARs among that group, there were also some shotguns, SKSs, one AK in 22, at least one AR in 7.62x39 and some pistols. Not all of them were well armed with the latest and greatest. And not many had plate/carriers. Lots of tactical vests, not many with body armor.

When I was PS director at the college I worked at I had an interesting conversation with a black student concerning a incident where 3 white Detroit police officers killed a black suspect by hitting him with a Maglight. The black community was up in arms. This student said the gangs and others in the community were well armed, ready and willing to take to the streets for revenge.

I do think that as long as these groups are allowed to vent their rage through peaceful demonstrations, the less likely they will start shooting up the place. Wouldn't want to be a cop these days however.



The 3%ers seemed to be better armed and most were wearing body armor.

In the past blacks couldn't get CCW because of MAY issue VS Shall issue laws. That is why the Black Panthers carried rifles.
