Check out hamexam.org You can take practice tests from the current pool and they also do flash cards.
Stop buying cheap Chinese radios. Pick a mobile from one of the big three.

A Cheap Chinese Junk is fine for starting with. Get used to using a radio and after a while you will realize how the more expensive Japanese radios have a much better tone, feel and just overall quality. Then upgrade as you can afford.
