Need input on flashlight

I am aware that the Photon lights put out slightly less than 5 lumens. Not a problem. However, the beam cannot be focused.

What I am looking for is a flashlight within these limitations:

1. Cost - $20 or less;

2. Desired lumens o.1 - 5 lumens. Any variable lumen flashlight is fine subject to having a low setting as indicated.

3. AA or 18650 battery. Rechargeable. I don't believe that a AAA battery would have the same life expectancy. If it did, I would include AAA rechargeable.

I'll toss out a few suggestions, here's one to consider;

UTorch UT01

2 lumens on a single AA battery. Great run time and several other options. Just over $20 but maybe you can find it on sale somewhere.

Second suggestion is a BLF A6 or Astrolux S1. They are the same light but two different names.

This is an 18650 that you can find for $20 and occasionally less. Excellent light, I have one and it's great. The low setting is about 2 lumens.
