I'm assuming most are following the magazine ban ruling in California. Again the judge declared it illegal. California has filed for an emergency hearing, waiting to see if it is granted or denied.

Meanwhile, New York appears to have made SCOTUS mad and they are taking up the New York carry law on an emergency conference.


From the Supreme Court, Justice Clarence Thomas granted an emergency conference to look into a provision of New York’s Concealed Carry Improvement Act, also known as CCIA.

Both of these cases can have national effect by the time they are all done.

Not in my state they don't.

Carry if you want, use whatever size mag you feel you need.
