1. thank you for the report.
2. my camping days are over. I have 1/2 dozen zippos and a few cans of fluid that never goes bad. I appreciate the two week estimate on fluid. I will keep that information in mind if I ever have to break out the zippos.

With the gasket in the bottom of the insert I was getting 80+ days of service life in the Zippos before having to refuel

So I modified/ outfitted both of my Zippo's with the single and the double flame versions and they work awesome and they have about a two year life span as compared to the two weeks of the fluid type. Figured that was better since I don't smoke and would not have payed much attention to up keep... The butane insert kits are about 15 bucks on amazon.
