I try to get mostly Coleman stuff, like you said been in the business a long time.


Perfect size kettle for two wether for hot tea, occasional coffee, oatmeal or Mountain House meals.

Making sure your preps are ready is important. We have been taking advantage of the rain and sorting/going through preps. Found a couple of flashlights that we had left batteries in and that the batteries had leaked and ruined the lights.

For flash lights I leave the batteries in, I use a trick that companies do that sell battery devices...

I put a small tab of elec tape ( two pieces glue to glue ) in between the cells. Leave enough sticking out so it's a quick pull tab and the flashlight will work.
I use to keep the cells out and separate in a zip lock bag but found many times I had to search for the zip bag.
You can't fix stupid !
