Year is drawing to a close soon. Might buy some ammo but curious to see how the prices will react to the election?

Ordered another solar charger and panels to go with it. Well, I should say, my wife did, she caught that they were having a flash sale and picked it up at 50% off.

Ordered 500 rounds of 9mm and a few boxes of 357sig ammo.
Turned my Glock 35 into a 3-in-1 caliber pistol.

Well. right now it's Twixmas ( between Christmas and NY ) and a good time to check things...
1) checked the cars tires and supplies in each vehicle.
2) did a restock check of supplies in basement pantry ; check expiration dates and what is needed items ( printed sheet )
3) did a check on battery equipment, recharged up a few sets as needed.

2024 is at an end. 2025 starts in a week. As in previous years, I do what I can for all categories of Prepping. In the short time I've been on this board and Thank You David for the invite. I can relate to all of you like minded folks on these topics.
I don't know what region anyone lives, but that matters where preps are concerned. I live in SE Arizona, a slightly higher desert region. Temp ranges can and are extreme, so what preps can be stored where they'll survive the extremes is critical as it is for all of us. My food storage is stored in climate-controlled areas. So is a portion my water storage, Med supplies and other temp sensitive items.
Here, in the cool/cold months storage of fuel: Gas, diesel, propane, white gas are easily and securely stored outdoors. I have no issues with storing Gas & Diesel outside. Propane in the 20#/1# containers & white gas stored outdoors where near 120*f is not unheard of, can be a problem. larger propane storage, 200-400gal outdoors is not a problem, smaller container (pressure) can be an issue.
2025 I may add the large Propane supply outdoors. My property has 6'+ block walls on 3 sides, L/R & back area. I'm just looking at what I can accomplish with what I have to work with. As I said above, food, water and other perishables store indoors. Fuel is another matter.

I have several large piles of logs I've been whittling away at. Got a new electric chainsaw so I've been cutting the logs down into pieces. Next step is splitting then into firewood. I probably have enough logs/wood on the ground to last me the rest of my lifetime. Probably split a hundred pieces, probably have another hundred to go in this batch.
List of stuff to do...in 2025
-finish man cave, ie. install wood stove or propane fireplace, build shelves
-Organize pole barn i.e, pallet racks/shelving
-Electrify pole barn, either solar or propane generator
-Add another 500gallon propane tank.

So, we're a few months into 2025...
Did a stock of my various supplies ie; meds, etc.
Have backup meds for 3 months, resupplied/checked the first aid kits in the home and cars, got a full med checkup for the year.
Had also a skin check for skin cancer, they froze a few spots on head that looked funny and found a small skin cancer on nose.
Scheduled an SRT treatment( basicly xray ) schedule over Mohs to remove. End results cure rates are within 1% but SRT has no surgery.
