The women's gun was a replica - non working; the man's wasn't loaded.

Really not a smart move to expose themselves the way they did.
Agreed. If you're in a situation where you need a firearm, it damn well needs to be loaded. They got very lucky. Sometimes it's better to be lucky than good but it's not something to rely on.

I hope they're seriously considering getting real guns and loading them from this point forward.

St. Louis Circuit Attorney hasn't disclosed trips as required by law, documents show

ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) - A News 4 investigation has found that St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner has been flying all around the country and the globe with organizations who want to reform the criminal justice system.

However, it appears she has violated the law, by not reporting the trips.

Sources tell News 4 Gardner is a frequent flyer. At times during her tenure as prosecutor, sources say, she has often been gone from her office a couple of times every month, jetting around on someone else's dime.

Once again she proves that she doesn't follow the law and she is nothing but a professional criminal.

Missouri AG dropping charges against St. Louis couple who defended their home with guns

https://www.lawenforcementtoday.com/mis ... with-guns/

ST. LOUIS, MO – Kim Gardner, Circuit Attorney for St. Louis, brought charges against a local couple last month who were caught on video brandishing weapons on the porch of their mansion. Now the Missouri Attorney General is dismissing those charges.

“As Missouri’s chief law enforcement officer, I simply will not stand by while Missouri laws are being ignored.

That is why I am entering the case in terms of seeking the dismissal of the case to protect the rights of Missourians to defend themselves in their property under Missouri’s castle doctrine.”

We provided a breakdown of the Missouri laws around self defense in a previous article, which will be shared again below

Schmitt said:

“The right to keep and bear arms is given the highest level of protection in the Missouri Constitution and their laws, which I am charged for protecting,”

He continued:

“This includes the Missouri castle doctrine, which provides broad rights for Missourians to protect and defend their personal safety, and property against those who wish to do them harm.”

The attorney general said that the charges issued by Gardner was nothing more than politics.

“The shameless circuit attorney filed suit against a St. Louis couple who, according to published reports, say they were doing just that–defending the safety of their property,”

He went on to say:

“A political prosecution, such as this one, would have a chilling effect on Missourians exercising their right to self-defense. The law of Missouri is clear and must be protected … enough is enough.”

Excellent. Looks like Kim Gardner is now under investigation herself for taking trips around the world on the taxpayers dime and failing to report it.

Again - probably liberals themselves. They just intend to use guns to "scare" people.

Here is a place where I don't want Trumps help. He'll say something stupid talking out his backside that will aggravate a thousand haters against me...
It’s always amazing that people can’t disagree with the President of their country without being disrespectful.
Who - me or the aggravated Trump Haters that will protest them just because POTUS said something about them?

Excuse me - I'll restate:

Trump would most likely speak off script and off the cuff, and the resulting mis-speaking, and incomplete thoughts that were verbalized will sound rather backwards from his intent. Subsequently, his attempt to assist me will most likely result in my demonization, or worse, due to his inability to speak effectually on controversial topics in an ad lib fashion. Thus, I would much prefer if he could manage to not discuss me in any way shape or form whether he means well, or not, or is just trying to provide a controversial topic top deflect the easily swayed media. I do not want or need the help of such individuals.
