Survival and Emergency Preparedness

Speaking of nuts...maybe the next thing I do is take a week long ride on my mini bike while fasting.

I'm on a 2-3 day fast prior to flying to Ireland tomorrow. I hate eating and having to use the bathrooms in airports and on planes. Won't eat until we land in Ireland on Thursday morning.
