I'd get one except that a) I don't hunt deer really and b) if I did, I wouldn't be shooting 200 yards.
I hate a scope on a lever. But I really like it for all medium range work.

Just for the sake of conversation....
I picked up a 44 mag barrel for my H&R single shot shotgun a couple years ago.
That's a cut down 357 mag bbl below it. You can fit pistol caliber barrels on H&R shotgun frames.
As for lever guns. Here is my Winchester 94 30-30. It was made in 1941
And my Marlin 44 mag. That's a 1-3x Weaver V3 scope on it. The old eyes need optics these days.
Added bonus. My 357 mag Timberwolf and Security 6
