I wonder if the 3 day wait would be phased out under Constitutional Carry? I don't know the answer to this or how other states that have CC have tackled that issue.
A man cannot call himself peaceful if he is not capable of violence. If he's not capable of violence he isn't peaceful, he is harmless. There is a distinct difference.
