I don't normally eat Cliff Bars but I did get a few of these recently and have to say that they were really tasty.

Sodium was 220mg which isn't terrible. Sugar is fairly high of course. And it has 'natural flavors' which is often code for unnatural/unhealthy stuff. But it was a tasty treat while out and about with the wife.

I mostly eat almonds, hard cheese and home made venison jerky, sausage sticks etc while out and about, hiking, hunting etc. I'm still eating Keto so that stuff fits in nicely.

I go with the nuts/raisin and MMs type of trail mix... I mix up my own that's heavy with nuts/ dried fruit

At least I know what i'm eating.
