Seeing lots of videos of storm damage and flooding. Hope everyone is safe.

Basic rule of thumb here is if it passes to the west of us- board up the south side windows, if it passes on the east of us- board up the north side windows, I boarded up both sides= who knew the weather man would get the path right...
We got lucky, it was only a cat 2 storm when it went by. It was only 100 miles out, being that we were on the dirty side of it we would have gotten pretty beat up if it was a cat 4.

Just a rainy day with a bit of wind. We were blessed and very thankful. Prayers to those that were in the path.

My power went out from 12:30-2:30 am, and one branch fell in the street.

That was it.
