Glad I resisted the temptation to start planting early. Another frost advisory and woke up to everything with frost on it.

Plants that we are starting in the house are looking good. Guessing the first full week of May I will start transplanting and get the little garden going.

I was taking academic classes locally and had special office supplies for the same. In person classes at the local JC, State College and University were cancelled 4 years ago and in person classes have not been restarted. I guess administrators, professors and teachers found it easier not to physically appear and work. So, I donated a quantity of the office supplies yesterday to the local elementary school that found a way to reopen.

Bought a better Katana
Sorted out the ammo closet - this was important. Getting tough to get to guns/ammo.

I continue to protect the finances. This week, I contacted the three credit reporting agencies. The agencies are required to provide free credit report freezing. This means that hackers supposedly can not obtain your credit information from the credit bureaus. When needed, you can temporary remove a freeze.

I have had 2 ISP services in the past. They were not good because they could answer my questions. I contacted another today which answered my questions and I will sign up this weekend. There are two values for me. By using a decent ISP service, hackers may not be able to get into my computer. The second reason is that I need to get access to certain information in another country and the server must be in that country. I can use the ISP server to place me in that country.

I had been a subject of false ID use.... thru the credit agencies, I had a lock on any loans/credit for 7 yrs.... required a minimum of phone call to open credit.

Sadly, it has happened to my wife and I more than once. We now have the credit locked and like yourself, requires phone call and passwords to allow any new credit to be applied for us. Plus, not charges outside of the US. If we want to buy anything that is being charged outside of the US, we have to use a gift card or disposal VISA card. A little but of a pain, but has reduced the attacks on our banking account.

We are hosting a carry conceal class at our church this weekend, to help people get better prepared and to be more knowledgeable about safe handling of firearms. I have been surprised how many have been interested. We originally was hoping for six or so, but finally had to stop at 15 because we aren't setup to handle anymore than that per class. The instructor has agreed to come back and do more classes if we would like.

Conceal carry class is a great idea except here in NY... where you can walk down the street with yr dog limitation ( commie state with restricted/sensitive areas ).

Only way to really carry here is with LEOSA
