I think this issue can easily be traced to certain situations. While it may be a "general" issue I suspect there are very specific states, and very very specific cities where this is much much more of a problem than other places.

The message I skimmed though, is a very very true thing that most people do not seem to get: There is simply not enough System BAsed aid available; Police, Fire, Ambulances, Hospital Beds....you name it.

I bold yell with arms raised might get a black bear to skoot. If not...I tend to agree that as long as you can hold your nerve, 10 rounds of 9mm to the face/eyes region is going to be a strong persuader, especially as it closes. That said, I'd be wearing my Ruger Blackhawk with Hardcast Buffalo Bore...
