Probably dry out of the box. Lube it up and it should be good.

I've considered getting back into 45 a few times. I used to collect S&W 625s and wouldn't mind getting one again. I just can't really justify it for something that will be used once a year(maybe).

The simplicity is one of the reasons I recommend them. All the other modern combat pistols are much more complicated inside. Little mousetrap springs and connecting rods. A Glock can be detail stripped and maintained by a chimpanzee.

The PSA is a solid choice. A few are in my extended shooting group and they tend to run.

PCCs are great. Even with the explosion in popularity over the last decade, they still don't get the credit they deserve.

VDH is great. He's on Megyn Kelly all the time.

I'm stocked up on needs and rising prices won't entice me to buy wants. If things get scarce again, I'll just shoot what I have and wait it out.
