Re: The survival fixed blade YOU would want?

In my get home bag I have of all things a Mora. Very generic and if something happens to it I will not be heart broken. It is the carbon steel version and hot (Boiling) Vinegar patnia'ed so it will not rust. It is very sharp and I have a stone in the bag for it. My back up knife is a folder ZT 560....

Re: Kennedy Announcement

This is just my opinion. The reason the left went so hard at RFK jr, is even though he's a generational 'Liberal', He's the antithesis of what the democrat party has become over the years. RFK jr just said it out loud. If there's anything the 'Left' hates, is to have the light shown on who they real...

Re: The Lessons of Covid: Prepping

Obviously, my post is new, but YES, I was there in the thick of the 'Covid' issue (scamdemic). I was also there when WJC did this (AWB), and his dem majority passed taxing Social Security. Prepping isn't just mindless action, It's a 'Mindset'. In a way, I consider myself blessed coming up in a 'Poo...

Thanks, I appreciate that. This looks a lot different since the last time I was on a BBS. Back in the late 1980's if I remember correctly. I was living in Tucson, AZ again. Glad to be here.

I'm still learning the ropes and process of how the board works. Been a long time since I'd been part of a BBS.

Re: Crossbows

Anyone with experience on Barnett® Crossbows? Their quality, durability, and Pricing? Thanks in advance. I have a couple of off brand X Bows, that I've used for some practice, but I especially like the feature of 'cocking assist'.

Re: The Lessons of Covid: Prepping

Over many years and being raised in a family structure that 'Being' prepared IS one of GOD's commandments. It sends a chill and yes some anger at those who use the word Hording towards us folks that do 'Prepare' for when times are lean & difficult! Some of those folks express their own anger at ...

Re: No Grid Survival Projects

I just finished reading and studying that site top to bottom. Thanks to the OP for the post. I'm wondering just how many have bought that and got the added benefits of the digital add-ons? Myself I prefer the printed material, but I have quite a few digital devices, like tablets, net books, laptops,...
