Re: Armed St Louis Couple Pointed Guns at Protesters After Breaking Iron Community Gate

I think they are going to have some problems given that they now have the nut case prosecutor after them. And they don't really have that strong of a case for self defense, even to the extent of pointing loaded weapons at people. Yes it was their property and I am sure they felt threatened but the p...

Did the chazistas shoot the wrong guys?

Did the chazistas shoot the wrong guys? They claim the two teens (age 14 and 16, both deceased) in the jeep were drive by shooters, but it looks like the windows were up before they were broken or shot out.

Aside from poor judgment and lack of gun handling skills, ironically they supposedly support BLM which is a marxist movement that does not believe in the private property of others. https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2020/jun/29/mark-and-patricia-mccloskey-st-louis-couple-who-pu/ https://nypost.co...

Re: A tale of four carbines

I have wanted a savage 99 for a while - I like tang safeties and rotary mags, but the prices have gone up a lot on these also.

Re: A tale of four carbines

I always liked carbines. Some people say that the .30 M1 carbine is not accurate, but they have always shot well for me. The carbine round is expensive and not the best for hunting, but they sure are fun to shoot. Prices on the new carbines are crazy. I friend of mine had one that he bought for $20 ...

Re: Flashlights for extended power outages

I think the longest running single AA light that I own is an old 80 lumen Inova X1 which ran for 42 hrs on the 11 lumen low mode on a standard eneloop.

The Mag 2C ML25 should run for about 53 hrs in its 29 lumen low mode on a 5000 mAh keep power 21700.

Looks good! I was thinking of getting a hawkbill Tasman Salt aat some point: https://www.spyderco.com/catalog/details/C106YL2/Tasman-Salt-2-FRN-Yellow/1073 I am a big fan of the Salt series, particularly in Spyder edges....serrated H1 holds an edge as long or longer than just about any steel and it ...
