Finally got one- Sig 365

My brother has been wanting my G43 and I got a deal on a 365 too good to pass up. Shot the first 12rds through it tonight while shooting some other guns. Sights are dead on and easy to see like most 365s. Trigger is good, but I've already ordered the OEM flat blade and MCarbo spring kit. I'll install those and remove the manual safety in one go when everything arrives.
An IWB holster should be here Monday to tide me over until my holster sponsor can make me some customs. Only issue is it came with all 12rd mags. I'm looking for some 10s and might be able to trade these to friends who prefer 12s.

Congrats and glad you like it. I wasn't sure I'd like the green front sight when I got mine. Didn't think I'd pick it up as well as the orange I was use to with my G26 but I was pleasantly surprised to find that on presentation I pick it up just as quick. The eyes are really drawn to it. And you just forget you've got it on.

If you're buddies don't want the 12's I'll trade with you. I have two 10-rounders.

I've shot enough of them to know what I was getting into. I still like the 43, but I couldn't pass it up. Brand new TacPac for $420.
That green sight looks less bright than my Ameriglo Orange, but it's still easy to see.
I want to keep the overall size as small as possible so prefer the 10rd mags. If my friends don't want to trade, I'll let you know.

$420 was a great deal! In regards to the front sight, are you saying that the green insert is less easy to pick up than the orange insert on the Glock or is it the tritium insert isn't that bright? If it's the tritium itself you make be able to have Sig replace it. They had more than a few front sights that weren't as bright as they should have been. My buddy, who got his P365 about 9 months before I got mine had a dimmer front sight (he bought new).

The green ring. I haven't even checked the tritium. I don't even really care if it glows or not. Over the years I've discovered how useless night sights are. If the sights are glowing bright it's too dark to see the target. If you can clearly see the target it's too light to really see the sights glow. Once you turn a good flashlight on they are moot anyway.

$420? I am sooo envious! Welcome to the club! I would keep the 12 rounders and just buy a couple of 10 rounders. You can never have too many magazines. I may eventually do the "David thing" and put a light on mine. I have been very impressed by how well this little pistol shoots. And I agree with you on the night sight thing. You will enjoy this pistol.

I'll end up with plenty of mags. Hopefully Sig sends me another since this TacPac had two instead of 3. I'm looking for more now, but 10rd flush are the hardest to locate. The 43 I'm selling has 7 mags with it.

I just now looked-- Gunmagwarehouse has 10 rounders with the extension in stock. The flush fit are out, though. When I bought my 12 round mags they came with an additional baseplate. Apparently you can remove the grip extension plate and put the plain flush fit on. I assume that this is for use with the P365XL. And this doesn't help you at all. My apologies!

Yes, the flush fits seem to be the least in stock.

Decided not to dig into the rats nest that is the FCU on a 365. My gunsmith took care of it today with minimal cussing and frustration. The flat trigger and MCarbo spring kit dropped the pull weight from 6.5lb to just over 5lb. Feels way better. He also removed the silly safety while he was in there.
If my holster ever gets here I'll start carrying it soon.
