Another of the Dawndwellers' Heavy Weapons, the Lancer fires out as a Blue Beam, and like Don Miller's version of the Gorn Blaster, is a Poor Man's Megaphaser. It's Power Cost is 3; - It fires 1 per 2 turns, and it's Repair Cost is 4. They take up two Opt Mounts.
