Ok, one more:
. ![]() ![]() Jimmy and I went camping this weekend and I just had to try this tarp shelter. This ended up being a very roomy and stable setup, lots of head room and really wide. This was my first try with this setup and it wasn't hard to put up at all= went up pretty fast, I might use this again soon. .

Hi Jeff, it is a 10' x 10' tarp made by DD Hammocks. What's holding it up is just a Wmart trecking pole with a spare sock on the handle but you could use a stick.
Lots of options with this tarp.

It was a beautiful day here today in the low 70's, so I went outside and practiced some more tarp shelters. Oh yay...
Yeah, the things we do to entertain ourselves, right. 9x7 H F cheapie: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Wmart 5x7 tarp for $9 and change. This blue one folds up real small and light, I keep it in my everyday kit mainly for a ground sheet but I thought I'd try it out as a quick shelter= it works: ![]() Tarp shelters- That's right, the Chicks dig-um... .

I like the truck.
Mama looks awful proud of her new tarp shelter, mine would want to know where the love seat was supposed to go.

I have quite a few tarps from Harbor Freight. I do not have a lot of the real big ones for tarp tents but I have many little ones. Bought a bunch of them after I saw homeless people under an overpass on night when it was snowing. I got the size that someone could use to wrap around them or cut a hole and make a poncho. The small ones are gives a-ways and for the kid's BOB's
