Been taking it easy on the ankle. Almost back to normal on it, riding the bike, working upper body.

I have only been squatting 110lbs right now until I'm sure the ankle is good.
BP-130lbs-25 times
Back extensions-145lbs-21 times
AB crunch machine- start out at 40lbs and work my way to 145lbs doing 10 reps at each level
Butterfly machine 160lbs-15 reps
15 minutes on the bike
Hammer strength row machine 80lbs-21 reps
Row machine-130lbs-21 reps

20 minutes of the elliptical, ankle is feeling back to normal
AB crunch machine 40 lbs-145 lbs 10 reps at each level
Leg machine 3-reps of 7 at 100 lbs

I had my yearly check up. The doctor was extremely pleased. Resting heart rate of 54 and 98% O2 sat. My blood work all came back excellent. He said whatever I was doing to keep it up.

2.5 miles on the elliptical and then spent a few minutes in the massage bed. Smile
