bmyers workout log
Just about back to the weights i was lifting before I got sick for a week. Back up to normal time on the elliptical. Need to start back on the stair machine.
Well, was really proud of myself and just going to town on the step machine when i looked over and seen that Amy (one of the ladies that workout at the gym every morning) was approaching her 280th floor and I was at my 40th. I stopped and went over to the treadmill in defeat.
I made it! 108 floors today in 48 minutes. I know, not really fast, but the challenge was to make it 108 floors. So I now can say I have climbed the height of the Empire State Building at one time.
