Abs and legs today, plus 20 minutes of elliptical
Upper body and 15 minutes on the elliptical.
Upper body and elliptical today.
Abs, legs, and elliptical. A lot of new faces at the gym today. I guess everyone taking advantage of the PF special they have going on.
35 minutes on the elliptical today. Made it 2.5 miles in that time frame. Trying to push myself a little harder on it now that I'm getting comfortable doing it. Just a few weeks ago, 8 minutes on it kicked my butt.
Abs and legs, plus 15 minutes on the elliptical.

I hope some day I can do a pull up all on my own. Getting there slowly but surely.
Upper body today and then decided it was time for the massage bed. Figured it was Friday and I had earned a massage.
Upper body and 18 minutes on the elliptical. We were dragging this morning, but got it completed.
Abs and legs, with 15 minutes on the elliptical. As Rhonda and I are getting to know more people at the gym, we end up spending more time talking. I told her we are going to have to go a half hour earlier just so we can talk to everyone.
30 minutes on the elliptical.
