MREs vs Can food
BTW, since I've gone to a gluten free diet I got curious if they make gluten free MRE's.  To my surprise they do.  Bit on the pricey side of course.  In an emergency situation I wouldn't quibble over a meal regardless of gluten or whatever of course.  You make do with what you can get.  But at least it's an option for camping and such when you can afford to be picky.  Also noticed low sodium MRE's which is a very good thing.
