Shelf Stable Recipes
I'd love to have a thread where people share their favorite shelf stable recipes.    Pre fab food is expensive and doesn't taste all that great. I'm struggling to find a shelf stable bread, or bread like food.. So I'm open to ideas
The "best" shelf stable bread is probably in MRE's and it is awful. Bread is easy to make. Flour, sugar, salt, powdered milk, yeast, powdered eggs (optional), and cooking oil can all be stored for a long time. Fresh is always better. Learn how to make traditional loaf bread, flat bread, pitas, and tortillas now so that you can use those skills to make your bread.
