200 Squat Challenge (over 10 sets):

100 squats
10 one-leg calf raise

Core and six-pack abs Challenge:

Plank - 1 min, 45 sec, 30 sec, 15 sec
10 sec jogging
Airborne Heisman - 5,5,5,5
Crunches - 9,9,9,9
Governmental dependance makes for poor self reliance.

100 push ups

Cable punch 2 black and 1 red - 12,12,12

Triceps press downs 50lbs - 8,8,8

Killer Core challenge:

3 rounds

Heel touchers - 15
Crunches - 13
