Cable punch 2 red - 12,12

Push-ups - 30,25,20,15 = 90  Goal:  Increase the reps each set for a total exercise increase in 4 sets.
DB bench press 55lbs - 6,6
                       40lbs - 12,10
Cable punch 2 red - 12,12


Triceps press-downs 50lbs - 8,8

Hanging crunches - 20,20

Seated Rows 100lbs - 10,10,10
Straight-arm pulldowns 40lbs - 8,8,8
Wide grip pulldowns 90lbs - 8,8,8
Reverse grip pulldowns 90lbs - 8,8

DB curls 25lbs -  10,10,10
Hammer curls 25lbs - 10,10

Back push-ups - 10,10
