Okay, left shoulder still sore off and on but tired of waiting.

Gorilla Workout:

Push ups - 50

Squats - 100

French curls 23lbs - 8,8,8
Governmental dependance makes for poor self reliance.

Still dealing with the back and shoulder....

Yesterday: Martial Arts workout and 30 push ups.

Chest and triceps:

DB bench press 55lbs - 5,5,5
Push ups - 10,10, 6, 8
Dips - 4,4,4

Triceps press down 40lbs - 8,8,8

Hanging crunches - 20,20
