Found a source for organic wheatgrass at $5 a pound.  Started soaking it a couple of days ago and I'm going to start doing it like video #2 above.  I'll report back how it goes.

I've been using the method in the second video so far and it's been working great.  I started out with two plates and have harvested each once already.  So the wife and I had wheatgrass shots two days in a row.  It actually has a mildly sweet taste to it and we drank it straight with water after being blended in the Vitamix and then strained.

Now to see how quickly it grows back.  Should be able to cut it at least twice from what I've read/seen.

Have already started a third batch and plan to keep it rotating so that we have a regular supply.  Smile
