Upcoming turmoil?
#1
Question
Looking at the direction the country has been going, coupled with the entitlement generation, coupled with socialism running rampant and producing 'useful idiots' by the droves, coupled with their willingness to cause riots/looting...I don't see good things directly ahead.

It really isn't a secret that George Soros is behind moveon.org and black lives matter.  Disruptions and riots seems to be the new SOP for them.  And people seem content to act violently just because they don't get their way.

Doesn't brood well I'm afraid  Sad

Prepping is getting to be a better and better idea every day.

Bad thing is, those are only national problems. Internationally, we still have ISIS, China, Russia and now the threat of nuclear war with North Korea. Notice how the "refugee" issue has got quiet? The media is doing an excellent job of covering and diverting attention from the real situations we have. Keep your powder dry and watch your top knot folks. Nothing good can come of this.

This is a comment from a reader of Prager Zeitung, a German language newspaper published in Prague:

“The danger to America is not Barack Obama but a citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with the Presidency. It will be far easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to a depraved electorate willing to have such a man for their president."

"The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Obama, who is a mere symptom of what ails America . Blaming the prince of the fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince.

The Republic can survive a Barack Obama, who is, after all, merely a fool.

It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools such as those who made him their president.”

It makes a lot of sense.

That's actually a very good way to put it.  And also a very sobering thought.  That is the entitlement crowd in full effect.  Uninformed, willfully uneducated and willing to trade their freedom for a handout.  And of course those are the ones that are least prepared when something hits the fan.

The European comment about Obama and our citizens is on the mark. I was at a "moving away" party for one of my close friends last night who is relocating to Denver for a job. One of the young ladies (about 35ish) was complaining about the status quo of politics and that we needed new ideas and new blood and we need Trump. She ratteled on that she was volunteering for his election. I finally asked her who her congressman was. She couldn't answer. She replied with what does that matter? My return was if you don't know and haven't been blowing up their email, phone or hitting them with letters then you are part of the reason why the "status quo" of politics has stagnated. She was dumbfounded. Everybody there realized that the sheep are out there.

Those are the first to fight tooth and nail against folks like us who've prepped and done our research. The selfishness and violence doesn't end when the mess hits the fan. It intensifies it.

This country gets more divided every day. Things have really gone down hill since Obama took office. It's my belief that things will be getting worse. The upcoming election will not settle anything, no matter who is elected.

Agreed.  If Trump or Cruz get elected and start ditching all the freebies and fighting the corruption the left and the entitlement communities are going to go ballistic.  Anything to keep their power trip and gravy train running even if the tracks go over a cliff.

Like I've said before, being prepared never made more sense than it does now.

I have been hearing ordinary folks talking about the future with a lot of concern. Used to be that kind of talk came only from a minority of the public. Seems nearly everyone now days is apprehensive......for good reason.
