This by far has become my favorite CR123/14500 flashlight.

I really like this light from the perspective of emergency preparedness.  It has a plethora of useful features such as SOS, Strobe and Beacon.  I particularly like those specific blinky features and wish the Convoy S2+ had beacon.  It also has a very low moonlight/firefly mode of .01 lumens which is just enough for looking in a pack or drawer in a dark room if you don't want to attract attention/annoy someone.

It has an extension tube so it is capable of using a AA, 14500, CR123 or 16340 battery.  That's a lot of options.

I like the ring that allows you to adjust the modes one-handed and also allows you to choose the precise level of brightness you need for the task at hand.

Excellent flashlight imo. Smile

I've made this my vehicle light. I will normally have a couple of small lights on my person as well as one in mt EDC sling bag but I wanted to have a dedicated light for the car that had all the blinky functions I like and feel are useful in an emergency situation i.e. strobe, SOS and beacon. The SRT3 has all of those and more.
