Thumbs Up
Want everyone to be familiar with these features of the board.  If you read the post of another member that you particularly like then you can 'rate' it.  It's a way to say thanks for the post as it was of value to you.  If you look at the bottom of anyone's post you'll see several tabs.  On of them on the bottom left has a 'thumbs up' and says 'Rate'.  Click on that and you'll have a pop up window that allows you to give a positive (or negative) rating.  It also allows the opportunity to tell the member why you rated them if you want to do so.  After you rate them just click the X and proceed.  Just a nice way of saying thanks to other members.  The 'Reputation' appears in the person's posts on the upper right.

You can also rate an entire thread.  In the upper right of the OP (original post) of the thread you'll see a bunch up stars.  Click on the one which reflects your rating and the thread is now rated.  Gives other members the opportunity to quickly see threads that contains good information.

Any questions please let me know.   Smile
