Survived the snow storm so far
#1
You would think that people have never seen snow. Major interstates and highways closed in our area. The news is showing the hundreds of cars and semi-trucks stuck on the interstates. There are news conferences going on with rescue teams heading out to get people to shelters.

We were out at my work Christmas party last night, drove home last night with about 4 inches of snow then with no issues. The Expedition was placed in 4 wheel drive and had no issues getting home. We did toss an extra sleeping bag in the SUV just in case.

News is reporting 8-9 inches this morning with 3 to 6 inches more coming by the end of the storm.

Yes, this is the largest snow we have had in about 4 or 5 years, but I didn't think it was that exciting, but I guess I was wrong.

Time to get some breakfast and then head out to clean driveway.

Watching some updated news reports showing live video, people have been stuck on the interstate for over 9 hours. Hope they had full gas tanks and blankets/sleeping bags.

If you look like food, you will be eaten.

I'd rather be judged by 12 than carried by 6.

Quantity has a quality all of its own.

We do our work Christmas party in January. Our work schedule is usually the slowest in January, so we get the biggest participation ever since we moved it to January.
